Kempton of Jacksonville is in the early stages of introducing its Dementia Care Program. It is Liberty Senior Living’s newest program. The acronym stands for: Genuine, Engaging and Meaningful Memory Support. GEMMS, introduced to the senior living community. It caters towards memory support residents in its communities.
