The management is incredibly attentive and responsive, making me feel confident about my wife's care. The dining options are diverse and delicious, and the activities are engaging and well-suited for residents. Housekeeping and maintenance are also top-notch, keeping everything spotless. Overall, I feel the value is excellent, especially when compared to other places. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive environment for their family members.

The staff at Kempton took extremely good care of my father during his stay in the memory care unit in 2023. Heather and Lay were especially caring and treated him with dignity and respect. We could not have asked for better care!

My mom was a resident there for almost a year before she passed recently. The nurses, CNAs, cafeteria staff, maintenance workers and Hospice Care providers were so attentive to my mom's needs. It made us feel wonderful to know she was loved and being cared for when we couldn't be there every single day. Thank you to the staff at Kempton for ALL you do! You are special people!

Gentiva and Kempton of Jacksonville was the perfect home for our mom. My sisters and I were so appreciative of all the compassion and empathy that the staff showed. Jen was there before we arrived and throughout the day with a soothing voice. Pastor June gave so much comfort to our mom. I am in such amazement as to how Nadria, Courtney, and Sierra could make our mom feel at peace every day. Thank you all so much!!

I volunteered here for school hours and I ended up having such a great experience I wanted to come back. The activities director Silvana Henderson let me come in last minute and she was such a wonderful woman to be around. She cares a lot about the residents and she comes up with the activities which I respect a lot! The residents adore her and her funny and unforgettable personality. She is someone you would want to care for your loved one. She is very professional and down to earth at the same time when you get to meet her. I was honored to work with her and I even came back after I finished my hours to help her and see the residents again! The establishment is very clean and taken care of. Krystal (if I spelled that right, very kind and informative at the front desk). I also experienced the CNA’s being very active and on top of taking care of the older adults. I know this job isn’t easy at all and if I was older I would be more than happy to live here and look forward to the activities and events. Much respect for Silvana, I look forward to coming here again to help.

When it came to the point to where mom needed assisted-living this is the place we chose. I am so incredibly thankful for the staff here at Kempton Of Jacksonville Their staff is simply amazing from their RN Danielle to Julie, Who makes sure everything runs smoothly for your loved ones they’re CNA‘s are amazing. Their cafeteria staff is so caring to their activities director who tries to make the ones that can have things to do. If you’re looking for chandeliers, this is the wrong place for you, if you’re looking for people who care will go the extra mile to make sure that your loved ones are cared for correctly. This is definitely the place for you. Mom needed hospice we chose Gentiva who is simply amazing. They work so well with the Kempton of Jackson Wolf staff it was seamless he would think it was all people working for the same company the way they work together and got along is incredible. I just want to thank everybody there on staff who looked after my mom and made her feel like she was at home. I’m so thankful that the decision was made to go to Kempton Of Jacksonville. I’d love this staff and like I said Gentiva is definitely the best Hospice

Words seem so inadequate but we want to thank everyone at Kempton for the great care you provided our Dad/Pappy over the last 3.5 years. Although it has been difficult watching his health decline during that time, we feel as if the last years of his life were as peaceful and enjoyable as they could be. The relationships that he made with the staff and residents were so important and meaningful and afforded him the opportunity to live each day knowing he was loved. He was a very special dad, grandfather, and friend to so many and there will be a huge void in our lives without him. However, we all will never forget that infectious smile regardless of the situation that brightened everyone’s day!
